Ievgen Bodnar, Business Development & E-commerce at FPV.Monster, on his move from ChatGPT to UnaGo.
For just over a year now I've been building e-commerce business FPV.Monster, and from the start I pinned my hopes on AI assistants. ChatGPT was the first model I actively used in business processes, and it sped up my market, product and competitor research considerably. But after the initial fascination, I increasingly ran into its shortcomings: it often gives a clearly wrong result yet presents it very confidently as a completed task. You have to refine the prompt again and again and still don't get what you need - on a paid subscription.
When I was offered the chance to try the UnaGo platform (https://unago.ai), I expected the same problems. But after setting it several tasks of the same level, I was simply delighted - this is exactly the solution I needed! Let me tell you why:
-
The platform is connected to many LLM models, including Gemini, Claude, Kimi, DeepSeek and others in different versions. You can switch between them, compare and test them, and find the one that handles your type of work best of all.
-
The key point is my Agent. You can and should train it at the beginning, but it administers finding and processing information through sub-agents such as Research Analyst, Business Strategist, Sales and Customer Success and many others, delivering exactly the result I wanted, or asking for extra information - without overwhelming me with questions. It talks to the sub-agents and LLM models without involving me in every intermediate step and gives me the already-processed result - much faster than I could.
-
What struck me was how the UnaGo Agent "translates" my request in plain language into a highly structured prompt, enriched where needed, with which it then communicates with the sub-agents and LLM models. This is exactly what I was missing when working with ChatGPT.
-
Saving money. Another useful UnaGo option is choosing paid LLM models - from inexpensive ones for simple tasks, up to specialised "PRO" versions when a task is more complex and the priority is deeper elaboration with the highest-quality result. Varying the model's cost by the task's complexity is an excellent solution.
-
I haven't got to video content generation or preparing presentations yet, but it will be very interesting to test those as well.
-
I found a few bugs in the course of my work - the product is clearly still being refined - but the developers fixed them promptly, which is arguably more of a plus than a minus.
To sum up: UnaGo is the best product for me for working with different neural networks. At last there is a "translator" and assistant that uses all the capabilities of AI in a form convenient for me. I will continue exploring it and sharing new discoveries.
The numbers: one research task, 30 minutes
When we asked Ievgen how many hours UnaGo saves his business each week, compared with ChatGPT and with no AI at all, he replied with a real use case, in his own words:
I had a real use case this week. We are planning to expand the product range on the FPV.Monster website, so I tasked UnaGo with researching trending products in our category across the Polish, European, and Chinese markets based on specific criteria. UnaGo didn't provide an instant answer, but, including the back-and-forth for clarifications, it took about half an hour and the result was high-quality and well-processed, featuring actual product suggestions. I estimate that if I had relied on a standard Google search and compiled the data into a file myself, the process would have taken me 5-6 hours.
At the same time, I gave the same task to ChatGPT, it provided faster responses, but they were incomplete. I had to ask follow-up questions and refine the prompts, ultimately spending about an hour to get the results I needed.
That's a twofold difference in time.
Why this story matters
Ievgen's product range research is exactly the kind of job our AI research and AI e-commerce workflows are built for: practical automation that returns time while people keep control.
