Monthly billing. Credits granted after successful payment.

Personal: up to 2 users and 2 workspaces. Small company: 5 of each. Scaleup: 25 of each. Pro: 100 of each. Unused subscription credits are subject to your plan’s rollover cap.

Strengths & suggested fit: An economical starting point for everyday agent work, drafting, and code assistance. Its listed token rates are much lower than full GLM 5.3.
Trade-offs: Use representative tasks to check quality before relying on it for complex work. The displayed UnaGo rate follows current billing rules, which have not been updated to TensorX’s current supplier prices.
EU / US processing: TensorX states that inference runs in the EU, in Dublin and Helsinki. This describes the inference provider, not every service in a workflow.
Data protection & ZDR: TensorX publishes a ZDR policy: no stored prompts or responses and no training on inference content. Account and billing metadata are retained separately.

ZDR (zero data retention) covers provider retention of prompts and responses. It does not by itself cover UnaGo chat history, stored files, or external tools, or guarantee EU-only processing.

How this usage is counted

Input counts new, uncached tokens. Cached input counts reused context separately when the model reports a cache hit. Output includes generated response and reported reasoning tokens. A task can make several model calls.

What are UnaGo credits?

Credits are the customer-facing billing unit for UnaGo usage. They let one workspace balance cover agent orchestration, AI model usage, tool calls, media jobs, and workflow runtime.

How much do monthly credits cost?

Personal is $50/month for 10,000 credits; Small company is $250/month for 50,000; Scaleup is $1,000/month for 230,000; Pro is $5,000/month for 1,200,000. Enterprise pricing is custom. These plans are billed monthly.

How do top-ups work?

Top-ups are for existing customers who run out of credits before the next billing cycle. They are priced at a premium compared with monthly plan credits, so regular users should choose a larger monthly plan.

Can free credits be used for video?

New-user credits are intended for light testing. Video generation should require a paid credit balance because video workflows carry materially higher provider costs.

What happens if I upgrade or cancel?

Upgrades apply during the current billing cycle with a prorated charge. Credits are granted after successful payment and are subject to the plan’s rollover cap. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Returning to Free does not grant signup credits again.

When do I receive credits, and do they roll over?

Free provides a one-time grant of 1,000 signup credits to eligible accounts. Paid subscriptions grant their credit allowance after each successful monthly payment. Unused subscription credits can roll over up to the plan’s cap; they do not accumulate without limit.
