UnaGo connects Slack and email with AI agents

This week at UnaGo

The biggest theme this week is communication. We have made it dramatically easier to work with UnaGo agents by bringing them into the two channels where most teams already spend their day: Slack and email. Plus we have shipped a new video generation model, a redesigned agent management experience, and a stack of quality-of-life improvements.

Here is everything that shipped.

Slack and email workflows: meet UnaGo where you work

You should not have to switch tools to get work done. This week we shipped a set of integrations that let you brief UnaGo agents from Slack, route inbound emails to specific agents, and have agents reply to emails on your behalf.

Native Slack integration

UnaGo is now available directly inside Slack. Mention @UnaGo in any channel to brief a specialist agent, and agents post completed work straight back to the thread where the conversation started.

Marketing teams: "@UnaGo, monitor our brand mentions on Twitter today and post a summary to #marketing at 5pm."

Sales teams: "@UnaGo, when a new lead fills out our demo request form, research their company and post a briefing to #sales-intel."

Operations teams: "@UnaGo, every Monday at 9am, pull our support ticket metrics and post a weekly report to #ops."

No context switching. No copy-paste. Just execution, wherever your team already works.

Per-agent inbound email routing

Every UnaGo agent now has its own dedicated email address. Send an email to an agent and it executes the task. The agent replies directly to your inbox with the finished work.

This unlocks a completely new way of working with agents:

  • Brief a Research Agent by emailing it a question - receive a fully researched briefing in your inbox
  • Route invoices to a Finance Agent - it extracts the data, logs it in your system, and confirms
  • Send competitor links to a Content Agent - it drafts a response, and emails it back ready to send

Every agent is reachable. Every reply comes from the agent that did the work.

Multi-org inbound hardened

For teams running multiple organisations or client accounts inside UnaGo, inbound routing is now properly isolated. Emails to one organisation's agents never leak into another, and routing rules are enforced at the tenant level.

This was a quiet but critical fix for agencies and multi-brand teams who need clean separation between client environments.

Gmail OAuth status repaired

We identified and fixed an issue with Gmail OAuth connection status that could cause integrations to appear disconnected when they were still active. Connections are now correctly reported, and re-authentication flows are more reliable.

If you reconnected Gmail in the last few weeks as a workaround, no further action is needed - everything is back in sync.

Other updates this week

Improved agent management UI

Managing your agent team is now faster and clearer. The agent management interface has been redesigned with a focus on:

  • At-a-glance status - see which agents are active, paused, or need attention
  • Faster configuration - edit prompts, tools, and routing rules from a single screen
  • Better organisation - group agents by team, function, or client

Quick commands

We have added Quick Commands - pre-built prompts you can fire off in a single click. No need to type the same brief twice.

Set up your most common workflows once, and run them instantly from the dashboard, Slack, or email.

Improved billing visibility

Understanding what you are spending on AI just got easier. The billing dashboard now shows:

  • Per-agent usage breakdowns
  • Cost trends over time
  • Clear visibility into which workflows are driving spend
  • Forecasting based on current usage patterns

No surprises. No end-of-month shock. Just clear, actionable billing data.

HappyHorse 1.1 video generation model

We have added support for HappyHorse 1.1, the latest iteration of one of our most popular video generation models.

What is new in 1.1:

  • Improved motion coherence - smoother, more natural movement across frames
  • Better prompt adherence - more accurate interpretation of complex creative briefs
  • Faster generation - reduced wait times for production workflows
  • Higher resolution output - cleaner results ready for social, ads, and product pages

Production Agents can now leverage HappyHorse 1.1 for social video, product demos, ad creatives, and explainer content.

What's next

We' ae just getting started. Here is what is on the near-term roadmap:

  • Expanded Slack capabilities - threaded conversations, scheduled agent messages, and channel-specific defaults
  • More email integrations - Outlook and Microsoft 365 support coming soon
  • Additional video models - more options for different creative styles and use cases
  • Agent performance analytics - deeper insights into how your agents are performing

The execution gap is closing. Every week, UnaGo agents become more capable, more connected, and more embedded in the way teams actually work.

See what UnaGo can do for your team.
