Businesses do not buy AI agents, integrations or automations because they want more technology. They use them because they have a problem to solve or an outcome they want to achieve.

A sales team does not really want a lead / research agent. It wants the right prospects identified, researched, qualified and ready for its salespeople to contact.

A risk management team does not want another monitoring tool. It wants to know when the risk environment changes, what that change means and whether someone needs to take action.

UnaGo Solutions is designed around this simple idea: start with the business outcome, then bring together the AI, data, integrations and processes needed to deliver it.

What is a Solution?

We define a Solution as an end-to-end system that combines technology, data and processes to solve a specific business problem or deliver a defined outcome.

A Solution can bring together:

  • Data
  • Integrations
  • AI agents
  • Automations
  • Workflows
  • Business rules
  • Human approvals

The important part is the outcome.

A Solution is not necessarily a single workflow. It can contain multiple workflows, agents, integrations, data sources and automations, with people involved at the points where judgement, review or approval is required.

Instead of asking a business to think about which pieces of technology it needs to assemble, UnaGo allows it to start with the problem it wants to solve.

From a workflow to an outcome

Take lead qualification, the process of deciding if a potential customer is a good fit to buy what you are selling.

A traditional automation might take a lead from one system and add it to another. This is useful but only one small part of the job.

An UnaGo Lead Qualification Solution could manage the process from beginning to end:

CRM and data sources → company research → decision-maker research → data enrichment → lead scoring → prioritisation → CRM update → salesperson review or action

Different specialist AI agents can handle different parts of the work. Integrations give them access to the systems and information they need. Business rules determine how leads should be assessed. Automations trigger work when something happens, while people remain involved where their judgement matters.

For the salesperson, the value is not that several agents and integrations ran in the background. The value is that they open their CRM and find the best opportunities already researched, enriched and prioritised, ready for them to act on.

A more complex example: security monitoring in Burkina Faso

We recently used UnaGo to build a Solution around a more complex problem: ongoing security risk monitoring and incident response in Burkina Faso.

The requirement was straightforward to describe: monitor the security situation continuously and email a security report every four hours, with additional steps in the event of a serious situation or escalation.

But delivering that reliably requires considerably more than scheduling an AI agent to search the web.

UnaGo first used a Research Analyst agent to establish the security baseline, covering regional risk levels, threat actors, recent incidents, government travel advisories and the sources that should be monitored. It then used an Operations & Project Manager agent to turn that research into a detailed security incident response Standard Operating Procedure.

The resulting Solution combines research, data sources, specialist agents, rules, an SOP, automation and email delivery into one operating process.

Every four hours, the monitoring process checks defined security sources and produces an updated assessment covering new incidents, changes to travel advice, regional risk changes and anything requiring action under the SOP.

But monitoring is only part of the Solution.

The SOP defines five incident levels, and each level changes what should happen next. A Level 1 development can be incorporated into the next scheduled report. Level 4 or 5 incidents interrupt the normal reporting cycle and trigger immediate escalation.

In other words, UnaGo is not simply gathering information and summarising it. It is applying an organisation's rules and operating procedures to decide what the information means and what should happen next.

The process now runs every four hours, checks the defined monitoring sources and emails the resulting security update to the specified recipient.

The process can evolve

Theses processes are customisable.

A company might decide that certain incidents should trigger an immediate notification rather than waiting for the next report. It might add or remove information sources, change risk thresholds, introduce another approval stage or notify different teams depending on the severity or location of an incident.

The Solution can evolve with those requirements.

In the Burkina Faso example, the SOP itself includes a review process so that lessons from incidents can result in changes to procedures, training and future actions.

That matters because useful business AI should not just execute a fixed sequence forever. It should operate within the processes, rules and controls of the organisation, while allowing those processes to change.

Moving beyond individual AI tools

There has been enormous progress in AI models and agents. But businesses rarely operate as a collection of isolated tasks.

A real business outcome might require information from multiple systems, specialist agents, workflows, company-specific rules, scheduled automations and a person approving the final action.

Looking at each component separately misses the point. The integration, the agent and the workflow are not the product. The outcome is the product.

That is the thinking behind Solutions in UnaGo.

Instead of starting with "What can this AI agent do?", we think the more useful question is: "What business problem do you want to solve?"

Then the agents, data, integrations, workflows, automations, business rules and people can be assembled around delivering that outcome.
