From idea to operating system for work

How UnaGo came to be - and where we're going next.

2025 - the first steps

We watched organisations struggling to adopt AI and wasting time doing work no one really wanted to do. We started UnaGo to fix that.

October 2025 - MVP released, first design partner

We released our first product and started working with our first design partner, gaining valuable real-world feedback and validation.

December 2025 - first commercial contract

We signed the first paying customer, proving customers would pay for the solution.

February 2026 - beta version launched

We released a closed beta version of the platform to additional design partners.

June 2026 - UnaGo SaaS platform public launch

We released UnaGo publicly and opened self-service sign-ups.

2026 onwards - scaling the platform

First SMEs and mid-market, then enterprise. We're expanding across industries while adding the options larger organisations need.

Former British Army officer and Royal Military Academy Sandhurst graduate with 20+ years' international leadership experience. Managed complex operations supporting $10 billion+ projects. Combines strategic leadership, operational execution and technology experience to help organisations adopt AI at scale.

Brings 20+ years' experience designing and scaling high-performance software systems.
